Description

This project brings together youth workers to explore how digital tools can enhance non-formal education and youth work.

Through practical activities, experimentation and peer learning, participants will discover and test digital tools and methods that can make learning more interactive, creative and engaging.

A particular focus will be placed on digital gamification as a way to increase young peopleโ€™s motivation, participation and engagement in learning activities.

Objectives of the training course:

1. Develop youth workersโ€™ digital competences.

2. Explore digital tools and methods for non-formal education.

3. Explore digital gamification as a way to increase young peopleโ€™s engagement and motivation.

4. Increase confidence in designing interactive and creative digital activities.

5. Exchange good practices and ideas between youth workers.

About the coordinator organisation:

Le Lab Lisieux Normandie is a secular and apolitical association, created in 2018, with the ambition of being an incubator of citizen initiatives, federating young people from Lisieux and its agglomeration, Lisieux Normandie, around European values, encouraging them to international mobility, notably through the Erasmus+ program.

5. Aged 18+.
