What this internship is about
This is a fully remote HR internship focused on recruitment and talent acquisition. You'll get hands-on experience helping Shrubi grow its international team — from finding candidates all the way through to onboarding.
Your main responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Erasmus platforms and universities.
- Review CVs and applications.
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Support and gradually conduct screening interviews yourself.
- Maintain the recruitment pipeline.
- Research new recruitment channels.
- Support onboarding and the candidate experience.

- No previous HR experience is required — this is a learning role.

The practical details
