What would it feel like to stop performing, stop trying to fit in, and just communicate as your genuine self? Crazy Train is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange built entirely around that question โ a ten-day journey of improv, theatre, movement, LARPs and honest conversation where young people from five countries learn to express themselves without fear of judgement. It runs at a countryside farm in Habลรญ, Czechia, from 29 November to 9 December 2026. Youth Works Hub gathers funded youth exchanges like this in one place, and this one is playful, deep and a little wonderfully weird, so here is everything the organisers shared.
What It's About
๐ Crazy Train is a Youth Exchange where you challenge your limits, connect deeply with people from across Europe, and learn to communicate with confidence, authenticity and empathy. It is all about expression โ finding new ways to communicate, create, connect and show more of who you are.
๐ญ Through immersive games, LARPs, creative workshops, outdoor adventures, movement and deep reflection, you step away from the pressure to perform and impress, challenge the stories that hold you back, build meaningful friendships, and experience the freedom of expressing yourself without fear of judgement โ returning home with greater confidence, healthier communication habits and a deeper understanding of yourself.
What You'll Gain
๐ฃ๏ธ Authentic communication โ expressing your ideas, emotions and boundaries with confidence, empathy and clarity.
๐ค Leadership & teamwork โ collaborating, solving challenges and leading in diverse international teams.
๐ Intercultural competence โ meaningful connections across cultures while improving your English and global perspective.
๐งฉ Creative problem-solving โ adaptability, critical thinking and creativity through immersive games, LARPs and experiential learning.
๐ต Digital well-being โ practical strategies to manage screen time, stay focused and build healthier digital habits.
๐ A Youthpass certificate recognising the competencies you develop, for your CV, studies and career.
How It Works: Methods
The programme is fully experiential โ you develop skills through hands-on experience, not theory:
๐บ Embodied communication workshops โ movement, body awareness and creative expression to communicate beyond words.
๐ฒ LARPs & role-playing simulations โ immersive scenarios to practise empathy, assertiveness, negotiation and conflict resolution safely.
๐ Experiential learning with guided debriefings to transfer learning into everyday life.
๐ Intercultural peer learning โ living and collaborating in international teams.
๐ Reflection Wagons โ small international groups each evening to process experiences and recognise learning through Youthpass.
๐จ Open space & participant-led workshops โ co-creating the programme by designing and facilitating your own sessions.
