The Role

This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in hospitality, guest relations, hotel operations and customer service within an international environment. It is ideal for students passionate about hospitality and tourism who enjoy interacting with guests from around the world.

What You'll Do

๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a professional and friendly customer experience, and support the check-in and check-out process.

๐Ÿ“‹ Handle guest reservations, modifications and cancellations, and update booking information.

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, restaurants, transportation and tourist activities, and respond to guest enquiries by phone, email and in person.

๐Ÿค Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements and excursion bookings, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage to handle guest requests efficiently.

What They're Looking For

๐ŸŽ“ Students available full-time (35 hours per week), with a good command of English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude, good organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in an international team.
