To strengthen its visibility and communication capacity at EU level, All Digital is opening a Communication and Advocacy Junior Manager position, focused on supporting and coordinating its communications work while contributing to the visibility of its advocacy priorities and policy messages.

Your Role

As a Communication and Advocacy Junior Manager, you will support the Advocacy Manager in ensuring All Digital's communication activities are clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with its advocacy work, taking ownership of day-to-day communication tasks with close guidance.

Your Responsibilities

โœ๏ธ Draft and coordinate content for the website, newsletters, social media, and other communication materials

๐Ÿ“ข Help translate advocacy priorities, policy messages, and public positions into clear, engaging content

๐ŸŽค Proactively identify speaking opportunities, panels, conferences, and media moments for the CEO and senior representatives, and support talking points and background notes

๐Ÿ“ฑ Plan and prepare social media content promoting activities, events, advocacy messages, members, and projects

๐Ÿ“ฃ Contribute to communication campaigns around key events, policy moments, and European initiatives

๐ŸŽจ Support the development of visuals, short texts, news items, and event promotion materials

๐Ÿ“… Help promote events before, during, and after, including live updates and follow-up posts

๐Ÿ” Follow relevant EU policy and digital inclusion discussions to identify communication opportunities

๐Ÿค Coordinate internally with advocacy, events, projects, membership, and external partners

Candidate Profile

๐Ÿ’ก Motivated by communication, EU affairs, digital inclusion, and social impact

๐Ÿ“Š Some relevant experience in communications, social media, EU affairs, public affairs, or a related field

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Comfortable drafting clear, engaging content in English for different audiences and channels

๐Ÿ“ฑ Confident using social media and willing to take ownership of tasks

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Organised, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks in parallel

๐ŸŒ A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment; knowledge of EU institutions, digital inclusion, education policy, or civil society work is an asset

Contract and What They Offer

๐Ÿ“„ A Contrat d'Immersion Professionnelle (CIP) for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal

๐Ÿ’ถ A monthly allowance of โ‚ฌ1,095, working from the Brussels office in the European Quarter, with some flexibility for remote work
