About the Internship

This is an Event Management traineeship for someone who wants hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering local and international events. It is ideal for students with a background in event management, communication, marketing, business, hospitality, or related fields who want practical experience on real projects within an international company.

You will gain exposure to the full event lifecycle, from planning and logistics to stakeholder coordination and post-event reporting, working closely with experienced professionals across different markets.

What You Will Do

๐ŸŽฏ Support the planning and execution of local and international events

๐Ÿ“ฆ Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and coordination

๐Ÿ“ž Communicate with speakers, vendors, partners, and participants

๐Ÿ“ Help manage registrations, attendee communication, and event documentation

๐Ÿ” Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and event-related services
