Link n Learn, a central hub in Frankfurt where international families connect, learn and network, is looking for versatile, positive and adaptable interns with a strong community spirit. Do you enjoy working with children, love community building, and have a background in STEM, art, theatre, music, dance or public speaking, or an interest in event management or social media? This is a chance to contribute to the mission while gaining meaningful hands-on experience. (Note: this is not an English teaching position.)

Tasks

🧑‍🏫 Assist with organising and coordinating classes and activities for children and parents

🎨 Support the development and implementation of creative, engaging curriculum

📱 Contribute to marketing and social media content creation

🎉 Help organise and facilitate bi-annual Show & Tell events, birthday parties and other community-building activities

🗂️ Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations

Requirements

❤️ Passion and experience for working with children

💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🎭 Skills or experience in one or more of: art, gymnastics, dance, sports, music, cooking/baking, STEM, theatre, event management, social media, film editing or web design

✨ Creativity and enthusiasm for developing interactive activities

🤝 Able to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability, flexibility and a positive mindset

🇬🇧 Proficiency in English (C1) is a must; other languages are a plus

🪪 Residency in Europe or an approved visa / the legal right to enter Germany
