InspectOS (inspectos.pt), a FAIRBANK Group company, is looking for a Project Management Intern to join its team in the Lisbon area. InspectOS is Portugal's home inspection platform, connecting homeowners, buyers and property professionals with OE-licensed engineers and certified inspectors across all 308 Portuguese municipalities, delivering an independent technical diagnosis (structural, gas, energy, moisture, seismic) with a bilingual report in 48 hours.
About InspectOS
๐ Based in Lisbon and part of the FAIRBANK venture builder, InspectOS helps property buyers, owners and investors understand what they're buying before they sign, with certified engineers, 100+ checkpoints per inspection and bilingual reports in 48 hours
๐ The timing matters: Portugal's 2024 Simplex reform shifted compliance liability from the notary to the buyer, making independent inspection essential. Alongside sister products HomeOS and PropCheck, the team uses AI and thermal imaging to surface what a visual walkthrough misses, rethinking property compliance in a fast-changing regulated market
