Nexa Development is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated intern to support its customer service and marketing teams in France. This full-time internship offers practical experience in client relations, digital marketing, tourism management and business development within an international environment, ideal for candidates passionate about travel, communication and marketing who enjoy helping create exceptional experiences for customers from around the world.


Key Responsibilities

🗺️ Use the in-house software to create and update digital travel guides for clients

🧳 Assist with organising and coordinating tour logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences

✉️ Communicate with existing clients before departure and help them prepare for their trips

🏍️ Support the management and day-to-day operations of the motorcycle rental activity

📱 Contribute to creating and managing content for Instagram and Facebook

📞 Identify and contact potential clients to promote services

🌐 Work on specialised travel and tourism websites to increase visibility and attract new customers

📣 Assist with online marketing initiatives and customer outreach strategies



Requirements

🕐 Full-time availability (35 hours/week)

📆 A minimum internship duration of 4 months

🇬🇧 Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage

🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

🔍 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

💻 Comfortable using digital tools, social media and online platforms
