💡 Join La Comunità, a social cooperative with over 40 years of experience in educational activities for children and families facing social challenges. As a volunteer, you will contribute to daily educational programs, supporting young people from complex backgrounds through training, social inclusion, and creative activities.

🎯 What Will You Do?

✔️ Education & Youth Work
🔹 Support children & teenagers in afterschool activities
🔹 Assist educators in their daily work
🔹 Help develop training materials & workshops

✔️ Creative & Social Inclusion Activities
🔹 Organize artistic, cultural, and recreational activities
🔹 Contribute to awareness-raising campaigns
🔹 Support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds

📌 Volunteers will receive specific training on working with young people from challenging family environments.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel Coverage

✔️ Shared apartment in Genova with double/triple rooms 🏠
✔️ Daily pocket money (€6/day) & food allowance 🍽️
✔️ Travel costs reimbursed according to ESC program rules ✈️

🎓 Training & Support

📌 On-arrival, mid-term, and final evaluation training with the Italian National Agency 🎓
📌 Additional training by P.E.CO. for volunteers in Genoa 📚

👤 Who Can Apply?

✅ Requirements:
🔹 Aged 24-30
🔹 Resident of an eligible country (see list below) 🌍
🔹 Mature, responsible, and motivated to work with children & youth
🔹 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
🔹 Patience, creativity, and openness to teamwork
