Key Responsibilities
📞 Assist in managing client inquiries and reservations, both online and in person
🗺️ Provide helpful information, travel tips and recommendations to enhance guest experiences
📋 Support the team in coordinating bookings, itineraries and service operations
🤝 Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Requirements
🕒 Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
🇬🇧 Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
