Your Role: Service & Reception Experience
The internship combines operational service with reception and social media responsibilities.
70% — Service Experience (the heart of the internship):
🍳 Breakfast service — setting up the buffet, welcoming morning guests and keeping things running during the busiest part of the day
🍹 Pool bar service — preparing and serving drinks and snacks, looking after guests by the pool, learning the flow of a relaxed but busy summer bar
😊 Guest interaction — being a friendly, familiar face, answering questions and making guests feel genuinely looked after
🤝 Service flow and teamwork — learning how a small hotel team coordinates, anticipates needs and supports each other shift after shift
30% — Front Office & Digital Marketing:
🛎️ Check-in and check-out — welcoming arrivals, handling departures and learning the front-desk side of hospitality
💬 Guest communication and problem solving — helping with requests in person and by message, learning to turn a small issue into a good story
📋 Daily reception tasks and coordination — supporting the front office and seeing how reception connects with service, housekeeping and management
🎥 Filming short videos — capturing the hotel, food, pool, beach and the little moments that make Ampelia feel like Ampelia
✂️ Editing in CapCut — putting together simple, scroll-stopping short videos (they'll show you their style if you're new to it)
📱 Publishing on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — getting content live, writing captions and learning what works on each platform
✨ Keeping the social media active and authentic throughout the season — real, not polished and corporate

Internship Conditions
🕒 Full-time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, with 2 days off per week
⏳ Minimum duration of 3 months, specifically 15 June to 15 September (4 months also welcome: 1 June to 30 September)
🍽️ Meals covered every day
🏠 Shared accommodation within the hotel premises provided
💶 No additional financial compensation — students are encouraged to apply for Erasmus+ or university funding, and the hotel is happy to support all required paperwork
