🎯 Internship Description
This is a creative and independent position where you'll actively help shape and grow several projects: Casa el Riego(organic finca and guesthouse), Marco Bartolomeo / SOUL IN TOUCH (body-based practices, retreats, holistic education), and the newly forming ALMA association (holistic living, sustainability, education, and community development).
It's a growing, evolving environment where creativity, initiative, and authentic communication are highly valued.
📚 The Role Combines Three Core Areas
🎨 Digital Marketing & Content Creation
📸 Creating photo and video content
✂️ Editing reels, videos, and visual material
🌐 Supporting website maintenance and online presence
📖 Helping create authentic storytelling around the projects
✉️ Supporting newsletters and digital communication
📱 Social Media Management
🖥️ Managing and developing social media accounts (Marco Bartolomeo, Casa el Riego, ALMA)
💡 Bringing fresh ideas and strategies
🔥 Understanding trends while maintaining authenticity
📈 Helping grow visibility and engagement organically
🤝 Client Acquisition & Retreat Outreach
🔍 Researching and contacting retreat leaders, yoga studios, facilitators, and conscious communities
🗂️ Helping build and organize a CRM/contact system
🌍 Supporting collaborations and partnerships
💭 Actively contributing ideas for outreach and long-term growth
