๐ฏ Internship Description
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to master SaaS growth and client relations. You'll be the face and voice of Shrubi, guiding new users through their initial journey. Your primary focus will be delivering seamless video onboarding sessions for the booking platform and handling inbound phone inquiries โ ensuring clients fully understand and maximize the value of Shrubi.
๐ Main Responsibilities
๐ฅ Conducting live video onboarding calls to guide new clients through the Booking platform setup
๐ Handling incoming phone inquiries and providing clear, solutions-oriented customer support
๐ฅ Managing early-stage client accounts and ensuring successful initial adoption
๐ Documenting client feedback, pain points, and conversion tracking KPIs
๐ค Collaborating with the product team to optimize the user onboarding journey based on live feedback
๐ Qualifications
โ Native-level or professional fluency in English (especially spoken) โ strictly required
โ Highly comfortable on video calls and phone communications
โ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical features simply
โ Proactive attitude, high empathy for users, and quick problem-solving skills
โ High understanding of the platform and passion to dive into details
โ Excellent organization and sharp attention to detail

This is an unpaid internship, designed for students using an Erasmus+ grant or a similar university agreement.
