๐ŸŽฏ Internship Description

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to master SaaS growth and client relations. You'll be the face and voice of Shrubi, guiding new users through their initial journey. Your primary focus will be delivering seamless video onboarding sessions for the booking platform and handling inbound phone inquiries โ€” ensuring clients fully understand and maximize the value of Shrubi.

๐Ÿ“š Main Responsibilities

๐ŸŽฅ Conducting live video onboarding calls to guide new clients through the Booking platform setup

๐Ÿ“ž Handling incoming phone inquiries and providing clear, solutions-oriented customer support

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Managing early-stage client accounts and ensuring successful initial adoption

๐Ÿ“Š Documenting client feedback, pain points, and conversion tracking KPIs

๐Ÿค Collaborating with the product team to optimize the user onboarding journey based on live feedback

๐Ÿ“Œ Qualifications

โœ… Native-level or professional fluency in English (especially spoken) โ€” strictly required

โœ… Highly comfortable on video calls and phone communications

โœ… Strong interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical features simply

โœ… Proactive attitude, high empathy for users, and quick problem-solving skills

โœ… High understanding of the platform and passion to dive into details

โœ… Excellent organization and sharp attention to detail
