๐ฏ Internship Description
As an HR Intern, you'll take on real responsibility across the recruitment and people-management cycle โ from posting job ads to interviewing candidates and managing onboarding programs. The role is ideal for business and management students eligible for Erasmus+ who want to develop practical HR skills in an international setting.
๐ Responsibilities
๐ข Preparing and posting job advertisements on social media and interviewing and selecting candidates
๐ฏ Responsible for recruiting new candidates
๐ Developing job descriptions
๐ Checking application forms
๐ Managing the education and work programs of new arrivals
๐ Preparing reports and using strategies to solve problems
โ Conducting necessary assessments and audits for each employee at certain intervals
๐๏ธ Writing the first report at the end of the placement
