As an HR Intern, you'll take on real responsibility across the recruitment and people-management cycle — from posting job ads to interviewing candidates and managing onboarding programs. The role is ideal for business and management students eligible for Erasmus+ who want to develop practical HR skills in an international setting.
📚 Responsibilities
📢 Preparing and posting job advertisements on social media and interviewing and selecting candidates
🎯 Responsible for recruiting new candidates
📝 Developing job descriptions
📋 Checking application forms
🎓 Managing the education and work programs of new arrivals
📊 Preparing reports and using strategies to solve problems
✅ Conducting necessary assessments and audits for each employee at certain intervals
