Are you a recent graduate in Education, Languages, or Linguistics with a passion for teaching English? Country Language School, a well-established private language school near Milan, is hiring English Teacher interns for the 2026–2027 academic year!

Founded in Cusago in 2002 with a second location in Sesto San Giovanni, Country Language School offers a unique chance to work with students of all ages and levels — from young children to adults and corporate clients — and to grow into a fully qualified English teacher by the end of the year.

🎯 Internship Description

This is a 10-month paid internship designed to train recent graduates into confident, skilled English teachers. You will be guided by a mentor who provides training and ongoing support throughout the year and serves as your constant point of reference.

The first days will be dedicated to training. From October to May, you will work as an English teacher in school, online, and at Italian public schools. In June and July, you will work as an English Teacher at the residential summer camps in Italy and abroad.

By the end of the academic year, you'll have acquired the skills and experience necessary to work confidently with all types of students and pursue a career as a fully qualified English teacher.

✅ Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated recent graduates (Education, Languages, Linguistics)

✅ English proficiency (Italian and a second language appreciated but not required)

💰 Compensation

✅ €850/month net monthly wage

✅ €150 completion bonus at the end of the internship (granted if completed in full without interruption)

✅ Payment is not subject to tax deduction

✅ During summer camps (mid-June to mid-July): food, accommodation, and journey provided

✅ Wage is not decreased during Christmas, Easter, or school closure periods

🏠 Accommodation

Milan is rather expensive — the school suggests Abbiategrasso (cheaper, easily reachable by bus Z551 to Cusago and by train to Milan), Cusago (ideal but more expensive), or any area in Milan near MM1 Bisceglie. The school can help you choose the right area.

⏰ Working Hours

Up to 30 hours per week on 5 days (Sunday off plus one other day except Saturday). The school is open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Saturdays until 6 p.m.). The timetable is optimized by the Director of Studies to avoid wasted time and energy.
