Join the “More Solidarity, Better Citizenship” volunteering activity in Faro, Portugal! This project offers a unique opportunity to experience a different culture while making a positive impact on society.

Duration: 44 weeks (01/10/2023 – 31/07/2024)

Location: Faro, Portugal

Project Description:

Work on social and educational intervention with youth through various methods.
Engage in arts, sports, play, theatre, study, and pedagogy activities.
Develop and implement your own projects and ideas.
Collaborate with local youth organizations.
Live in a furnished rented flat with other volunteers.

Accommodation: Suitable accommodation and a food allowance are provided. Volunteers live together in a rented flat with separated rooms by gender, close to the office and the city center.

Training: Benefit from pre-departure training, language learning support, mentoring, and recognition of learning outcomes.

Participant Profile:

Open to all regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, etc.
No specific qualifications or language knowledge required.
Selection based on identification with the project’s dynamics and potential contribution to personal, social, and professional skills development.
