Mentoring and Coaching TC
Training Course
14-20 July 2026 | Dzhurovo, Bulgaria
The Coaching & Mentoring Training is a 7-day immersive Erasmus+ program designed to help volunteer coordinators, youth workers, and project managers strengthen their coaching and mentoring skills through practical, real-life learning.
This is a 7-day training designed specifically for volunteer coordinators who want to strengthen their coaching and mentoring skills — and transform the way they guide, support, and develop volunteers in their daily work.
But unlike a standard training course, this program is the entry point to a structured professional pathway: from training and mentoring support, to a paid internship, to potential long-term cooperation with Synergy Bulgaria.
We are not here to fill seats. We are here to find and develop the next generation of people who work with people.
THIS TRAINING IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU:
1. Build practical coaching & mentoring skills to use directly with your volunteers;
2. Identify your current role as a coordinator and define your areas of professional growth;
3. Develop a personal toolkit for supporting volunteers through challenges and transitions;
4. Learn how to create a motivating, growth-oriented environment within your team;
5. Connect with like-minded coordinators across Europe and build partnerships for future collaboration.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU IN OUR PROGRAM IF:
· You are a volunteer coordinator, youth worker, or project manager responsible for the day-to-day support and development of volunteers;
· You're 18+ and reside in one of the Erasmus+ Programme countries;
· You're motivated to improve the quality of your work with volunteers through a coaching and mentoring approach;
· You are comfortable communicating in English;
· You are looking for more than a certificate — you want a real professional pathway.
