PARTICIPANT PROFILE
We are looking for a group of 10 motivated volunteers who are eager to participate in a 20-day group volunteering activity. The project is designed for young people who are open-minded, proactive, and interested in contributing to the community while gaining valuable personal and social experience. Participants should be enthusiastic about teamwork and willing to collaborate in an international and diverse environment. We are especially interested in individuals who are curious, adaptable, and ready to take initiative during daily activities. Previous volunteering experience is welcome but not required — what matters most is motivation and a positive attitude. The ideal participants are interested in areas such as community work, social inclusion, environmental activities, or event organization. They should be comfortable communicating with others and open to learning new skills throughout the project. We encourage applications from individuals who are responsible, respectful, and willing to actively engage in all aspects of the program. Flexibility and a cooperative mindset are essential, as participants will be living and working together for the duration of the 20-day activity. This project is a great opportunity for those who want to step out of their comfort zone, meet new people, and make a meaningful contribution while developing their competencies in a supportive group setting.
