WakeUp Projects is a company specialising in organising and delivering Erasmus+ mobilities for students and teachers, with locations in Faro, Portimรฃo, and Figueira da Foz. They are looking for a Projects Coordinator's Assistant who brings English plus at least one additional European language to the team.

โš ๏ธ This is a Digital Opportunities Traineeship (DOT). You must be an Erasmus+ eligible student or recent graduate from one of the 33 Programme Countries or Horizon 2020 Associated Countries. Check with your university before applying.

What Is This Role About?

The role combines administrative coordination, cultural facilitation, translation, social media support, and language teaching โ€” all within the context of active Erasmus+ mobility programmes. You will be working with groups of foreign students and adults, assisting coordinators, and getting out of the office for excursions and cultural activities across Portugal.

Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“‹ Preparing documents, materials, and activities for clients

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Delivering and assisting during cultural activities and one-day excursions to Portuguese cities

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Supporting coordinators with administrative tasks

๐ŸŒ Carrying out translation and interpreting tasks during trainings

๐Ÿ“ฑ Helping with social media

๐ŸŽ“ Preparing workshops or giving Portuguese or English classes (basic A1/A2 level) to groups of foreign students or adults

Who Should Apply?

๐Ÿ”น Good knowledge of English โ€” mandatory

๐Ÿ”น At least one additional language โ€” Italian, Portuguese, Polish, French, or Spanish โ€” mandatory

๐Ÿ”น Bachelor's or Master's degree student or recent graduate eligible for an Erasmus+ internship โ€” 100% obligatory condition

๐Ÿ”น Willing to work with people and move around

๐Ÿ”น Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage

๐Ÿ”น Experience in tourism or delivering classes is a plus
