Leadership is not taught here. It is remembered. Leader in Me is an Erasmus+ training course held at Farm Veles โ a permaculture farm in a small village in southeastern Slovenia โ designed around the living framework of Dragon Dreaming. For 8 days, participants will step into an immersive, nature-based journey of personal and collective leadership, experiential learning, and genuine community living.
๐ก About Farm Veles
Zavod Veles is a social permaculture farm in Svinjsko, Slovenia, co-created and lived in for 15 years by one of the trainers. Renovated by countless volunteers, it is a simple and pleasant place where permaculture elements support a sustainable community initiative. Sessions take place entirely outdoors. There are no shops nearby, mobile signal is weak, and WiFi is available only in certain spots. The farm uses dry composting toilets and solar showers.
โ ๏ธ This is a drug-free and alcohol-free training environment. Silence is an important element of the space and is expected to be respected.
๐ The Dragon Dreaming Framework
The entire training is structured around Dragon Dreaming โ a regenerative project design methodology built on four phases lived daily:
๐ Dreaming โ listening to what wants to emerge
๐ Planning โ shaping visions with clarity and care
๐ ๏ธ Doing โ bringing ideas into embodied action
๐ Celebrating โ honouring the journey and its people and place
Guided by the three core ethics and a win-win culture, participants explore how leadership can become regenerative, inclusive, and deeply human.
