About the Internship

This is a high-energy, people-focused internship in 4–5★ hotels across Greek islands and Cyprus. The core of the role is simple: create experiences for guests.

You’ll be part of an entertainment team responsible for activities, events, and guest engagement. It’s not a passive role — you’ll be leading activities, interacting constantly, and staying active throughout the day.

Role Overview

You’ll be working directly with hotel guests, organizing and delivering activities across different age groups and interests.

What You’ll Do

🎭 Organizing and leading entertainment activities for hotel guests
👶 Running activities for kids and families in kids clubs
🧘 Conducting or supporting fitness sessions like yoga, pilates, and aqua gym
⚽ Managing sports tournaments and group activities (volleyball, football, darts, etc.)
🎉 Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the day
🤝 Working closely with a team in a dynamic hospitality environment

Working Conditions

🕒 6 days per week
⏰ 8 hours per day
🌴 Fast-paced, social, and interactive environment
