About the Internship

This opportunity is based in Lisbon and combines interior architecture practice with social media and visual storytelling. You’ll be working with a boutique studio focused on bespoke residential and commercial projects, where design is shaped by materials, function, and aesthetics working together.

This is not a typical internship where you just observe. You’ll actively contribute to both technical architectural work and creative brand development, making it highly relevant for building a strong, real-world portfolio.

Role Overview

You’ll be involved in two main areas, blending technical and creative workflows.

Interior Architecture Responsibilities

🎨 Developing architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD
🏗️ Creating 3D models with SketchUp and contributing to visual outputs
🌿 Supporting project development from concept to execution
🪵 Assisting in material selection and spatial planning
📐 Ensuring precision and attention to detail across all deliverables
💻 Using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for presentations and visuals

Social Media & Creative Tasks

📱 Creating content for Instagram including visuals, reels, and stories
🎥 Supporting the studio’s visual identity and storytelling approach
📸 Working with basic photography and video editing
🌐 Following design and social media trends to keep content relevant

What They’re Looking For

🧠 Strong architectural foundation with design sensitivity
✍️ Fluent English communication skills (Portuguese is a plus)
🚀 Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
🎯 Someone who understands both design aesthetics and digital culture
