🌍 About the Project
Betzata Community focuses on supporting individuals with special needs through meaningful activities and relationships.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with people with special needs and support them in their daily work.
- Assist individuals in learning work rhythms and fostering independence.
- Collaborate on creative projects, including crafting wooden items.
- Participate in celebrations, festivals, and camps with the community.
- Help with transportation to and from the atelier.
🛋 Accommodation, Food, and Transport
🏠 Accommodation:
- Personal room in a shared 3- or 5-room apartment with other ESC volunteers.
🍴 Allowance:
- 240 EUR/month for pocket money and food expenses.
🚍 Transport:
- Monthly bus ticket provided.
📚 Training and Support
- Online Lithuanian language course.
- On-arrival and mid-term training by the National Agency.
- Participation in L'Arche international training programs.
