In Borås 🇸🇪, you’ll be working inside youth activity centres where the focus is not formal education — it’s creating spaces where young people want to spend their time.
You’re not observing from the side… you’re in the middle of it.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
🧑🤝🧑 Work directly with young people aged 10–18
🎨 Organize arts, music, sports and leisure activities
🎤 Lead or co-create activities together with youth
📱 Promote ESC & Erasmus+ through events, school visits and social media
🤝 Support daily operations of youth centres
🧠 Participate in trainings, meetings and planning sessions
Sweden 🇸🇪 has a strong culture of youth centres where informal learning plays a key role in young people’s development outside school.
