🌍 Overview of the Experience
Not every ESC project takes you to the Caribbean… this one does 🌴
In Aruba 🇦🇼, you’ll step into a youth organisation where art, culture and community life are at the center of everything. It’s a space where ideas turn into performances, workshops and real connections with young people.
This is a place where you don’t just assist — you co-create, express and experiment.
🎨 What You’ll Be Involved In
🎭 Support dance, music, theatre and art workshops
🎤 Help organize events, performances and community activities
🤝 Work with local youth, including those with fewer opportunities
📱 Contribute to content creation, media and communication
💡 Design and run your own creative or social initiatives
🧠 Take part in project planning and implementation
Aruba 🇦🇼 offers a completely different ESC environment compared to Europe, where community life is strongly connected to creativity, culture and social expression.
Here, art is not just an activity — it’s a tool to bring people together, build confidence and create opportunities for young people. If you're exploring how to join ESC projects outside Europe or where to combine creativity with youth work, this kind of experience blends both in a very hands-on way.
