🌍 About the Project

The Blue Horizon project focuses on engaging children and youth in community mini-projects that promote active citizenship, sustainable development, and non-formal education.

🌟 Key Objectives:

Inspire children and youth (ages 3–18) to participate actively in their communities.
Support community-driven initiatives with the guidance of ESC volunteers.
Build future leaders by encouraging practical civic engagement rather than teaching rules and norms.

🛋 Accommodation, Food, and Transport

🏠 Accommodation:

Fully furnished apartments shared with 3-4 volunteers (same gender).
Includes a communal kitchen, bathroom, and dorm area.
Essentials like bed sheets, pillows, blankets, and kitchen supplies are provided.

🍴 Food:

Volunteers can use the shared kitchen for cooking their meals.

📚 Training and Support

On-Arrival Training and Mid-Term Meeting by the Romanian National Agency.
Regular mentorship sessions and Romanian language classes.
Ongoing guidance from coordinators, teachers, and staff of the organization.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for creative, enthusiastic volunteers (18–30 years old) who:

Are eager to work with children, youth, and elderly people.
Have a passion for community engagement and environmental causes.
Are ready to share new ideas, inspire others, and create positive change.
Are open to learning and connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds.
