๐ŸŒ Introduction

Working with vulnerable young people requires more than good intentions โ€” it requires the right tools. This Erasmus+ Training Course in Bansko focuses on trauma-informed approaches in youth work, helping participants understand, support, and empower young people facing difficult life conditions.

Through a structured yet experiential programme, participants will explore how trauma impacts behaviour and participation, while developing practical methods to create safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments in their daily work.
