The Committee of the Regions (CoR) offers prestigious Cicero traineeships for young graduates who want to gain hands-on experience inside a European Union institution. This is a unique opportunity to work within a multilingual and multinational environment while contributing to EU policy-making processes.

During the traineeship, participants engage in real project work, collaborate across departments, and even have the chance to design their own initiatives such as conferences, podcasts, or publications. Through the YFactor scheme, trainees are encouraged to address key issues affecting European regions and cities while developing their professional and creative skills.
