If you are interested in alternative education and want to gain hands-on experience working with children, this ESC volunteering opportunity in Germany offers a unique environment based on Montessori pedagogy. Located near Würzburg, the project allows you to explore a child-centered learning approach where independence, creativity, and self-directed learning are key.
As a volunteer, you will be integrated into the daily life of a Montessori school, supporting both primary and middle school students. You will also have the opportunity to design and implement your own activities, making this a highly interactive and educational experience.
