Centrum Inicjatyw Międzykulturowych "Horyzonty" is looking for 6 enthusiastic volunteers to join their team in Poznań. The project focuses on non-formal education, cultural event organisation, and social media management, promoting transcultural dialogue and inclusion.
🌍 Did You Know? Poznań is famous for its Renaissance Old Town and the mechanical goats that butt heads every day at noon on the Town Hall clock tower.
Available Roles
🏫 Education Work (2 spots): Leading non-formal classes (languages, human rights, ecology) for children, adults, and seniors.
📲 Social Media & Office (2 spots): Managing digital platforms, content creation, and general office administration.
🎭 Community & Culture (2 spots): Co-creating local artistic events, contacting activists, and keeping photographic documentation.
Logistics & Support
🏠 Accommodation: Individual room in "Jurand" student dormitory in central Poznań with shared kitchen and bathroom.
💰 Financials: 300 EUR per month (pocket money + food allowance) and reimbursement of travel costs.
🚌 Transport: Local transportation card provided for Poznań's public transport network.
🎓 Training: Orientation training, National Agency seminars, and ongoing mentorship support.
