What Will You Do?
🤝 Support migrants and people at risk of social exclusion through the organisation's ongoing programmes
📚 Assist in educational activities focused on children, adolescents, and families
🌍 Contribute to social inclusion initiatives promoting community participation and citizens' rights
🎨 Participate in creativity and culture activities fostering integration and social engagement
💬 Support awareness-raising and development cooperation actions within the community
🌱 Promote volunteering and social action values including equality, inclusion, and human dignity

Who Can Apply?
🎂 Aged 18–30 and a resident of one of the eligible ESC countries
💙 Committed to supporting people with fewer opportunities, with a strong sense of empathy and solidarity
🗣️ Good communication skills and a willingness to further develop them
🤝 Comfortable working in a team with flexibility and openness to learning
🧭 Autonomous, proactive, and able to take initiative in daily tasks
🌍 No prior experience required — motivation and commitment are what matter most
Accommodation, Food & Travel
🏠 Private room in a shared volunteer apartment in Gijón, furnished with single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and bedding
🍳 Shared kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave and cooking utensils
🛁 Shared bathroom and a common living room with sofas, computer desk and table
✈️ Travel costs covered in line with ESC programme rules
Training & Learning
📋 Two training opportunities in collaboration with the Spanish National Agency, together with other ESC volunteers across Spain
🇪🇸 Spanish language classes provided to support integration into the programme and enhance your participation
