🎯 Role Overview
Join Associazione Joint in Milan and become part of a mission to promote Youth Exchanges and Erasmus+ opportunities for young people with fewer opportunities.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct presentations in schools, youth centres, and foster homes.
- Support and manage youth exchange groups, including accompanying them abroad.
- Facilitate pre-departure and follow-up training sessions.
- Coordinate a Youth Participation project (KA154) focused on mobility and non-formal education.
- Manage logistics and activities for incoming youth exchanges.
- Engage in other youth mobility projects, such as ESC Teams.
💰 Benefits
- Allowance: €500/month.
- Accommodation: Double room in a shared apartment near Lambrate Station.
- Training: Monthly "Joint Office Week" and courses organized by Joint and partners.
👤 Participant Profile
Minimum Requirements:
✔️ Fluent English (B2) and basic Italian (B1) with willingness to improve.
✔️ Prior experience in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (KA152) or similar programs.
✔️ Ready to work on weekends and participate in projects abroad for 5–8 days.
✔️ Open to helping with organizational tasks (e.g., office maintenance, errands).
✔️ Comfortable with a computer-intensive role.
Additional Preferences (Optional):
- Interest in web communication or graphic design.
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with other European languages.
- Driver’s license and willingness to drive.
