Participant Profile

๐ŸขYou are actively involved in youth work through an NGO, youth centre, municipality, or informal education provider, with a clear link to your organisation's practice and decision-making
๐Ÿ’šYou have experience and strong motivation to work on No Hate Speech, anti-discrimination, human rights education, inclusion and diversity, and the meaningful participation of young people with fewer opportunities
๐Ÿ“–You are prepared to share good practices from your local context and reflect critically on what works, for whom, and under what conditions
๐Ÿš€You have interest and capacity to develop new Erasmus+ projects (KA1 Youth Exchanges and Mobility of Youth Workers and/or KA2 cooperation projects) and to continue cooperation after the activity
๐Ÿ‘ฅThis activity is open to 1-2 new partner organisations โ€” you must come as a team of 2 staff members from the same organisation, supported by a sending organisation willing to engage in partnership and contribute to all phases of the project
