You can join a 7-day Erasmus+ Partnership Building Activity in Valga County, Estonia, where representatives from 10 partner countries will come together to exchange good practices, strengthen cooperation, and jointly develop structured project proposals with a strong focus on inclusion and the meaningful involvement of young people with fewer opportunities. If your organisation is committed to long-term partnership and impactful youth work, this activity is made for you.
What Will You Experience During the Activity?
🗣️Exchange good practices on No Hate Speech, human rights education, and anti-discrimination from all partner countries
🤝Strengthen a shared understanding of partnership values, quality standards, and cooperation principles for future joint Erasmus+ initiatives
💡Increase your organisation's capacity to design inclusive projects that effectively involve young people with fewer opportunities
🧪Work through a structured project-lab process supported by professional trainers to identify and shape project ideas
📋Develop selected ideas into structured draft project plans including roles, timelines, and next steps for submission and implementation
🌍Build long-term cooperation relationships with youth organisations from across Europe

🏡Accommodation and food are fully covered by the Erasmus+ programme throughout the activity
✈️Travel costs are reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator

Training & Learning
📚You will gain practical experience in co-designing high-quality Erasmus+ project proposals in a structured and professionally supported environment
🌱You will leave the activity with a documented collection of good practices and a set of well-developed project concepts ready for further development
🔗You will strengthen your European network and build the foundation for future KA1 and KA2 Erasmus+ projects with trusted partners
Participant Profile
🏢You are actively involved in youth work through an NGO, youth centre, municipality, or informal education provider, with a clear link to your organisation's practice and decision-making
💚You have experience and strong motivation to work on No Hate Speech, anti-discrimination, human rights education, inclusion and diversity, and the meaningful participation of young people with fewer opportunities
📖You are prepared to share good practices from your local context and reflect critically on what works, for whom, and under what conditions
🚀You have interest and capacity to develop new Erasmus+ projects (KA1 Youth Exchanges and Mobility of Youth Workers and/or KA2 cooperation projects) and to continue cooperation after the activity
👥This activity is open to 1-2 new partner organisations — you must come as a team of 2 staff members from the same organisation, supported by a sending organisation willing to engage in partnership and contribute to all phases of the project
