What Will You Do as an Intern?
๐ Process incoming material requests from project teams and coordinate with the Architecture Team for feasibility and design approval
๐ Reach out to verified suppliers, compare offers, and help update the supplier database with competitive quotes
๐ Prepare supplier comparison reports and collect legal and compliance documents from new suppliers
๐ Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely communication with the accounting team
๐ฆ Track the inflow, outflow, content, and quantity of inventory and report relevant changes accurately
๐๏ธ Upload invoices and organise folders by project, month, and quarter on Google Drive
๐ฐ Help maintain budget and expense tracking updates throughout each project cycle
๐ค Collaborate with Construction and Accounting teams to ensure end-to-end material flow is documented and communicated
๐จ Flag delays, missing invoices, or cost overruns to ensure smooth project execution

Participant Profile
๐ You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's programme in Business Studies, Management Science, Logistics, or a related field
๐ฃ๏ธ You have an English level of at least B2 โ familiarity with multilingual environments is a plus
๐ป You are comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Drive for data tracking and documentation
๐ You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in working with cross-functional teams
๐ก Any experience with inventory software, finance tools, or documentation workflows is a bonus
