You can join a 3 to 6-month Erasmus+ hospitality internship at a family-run hotel in Benitses Beach, Corfu, where you will take on genuine night management responsibilities, care for guests, and grow within a supportive international team. What Will You Do as an Intern?

🏨 Act as the main reception contact for guests during night hours and manage late check-ins

🔑 Handle guest requests, ensure guest safety, and maintain calm and smooth night operations

📋 Support hotel management through night reporting and clear documentation

🤝 Communicate effectively with the daytime hospitality team to ensure seamless handovers

🌙 Gain hands-on, practical experience in hotel operations, reception duties, and night management

Accommodation, Food & Travel

🏠 Free shared accommodation is provided throughout the duration of your internship

🍳 Breakfast and lunch are included every day — two meals fully covered

✈️ Erasmus+ grant or university funding support is encouraged — please enquire at the international office of your home university

🏖️ The schedule follows a 4 nights on / 3 days off rhythm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy beach life, rest, and explore Corfu

Training & Learning

🌟 You will gain a solid introduction to hotel management, reception operations, and night shift responsibilities in a real hospitality environment

👩‍💼 You will develop maturity, reliability, and professional communication skills working directly with guests and the management team

🌍 You will experience everyday international hospitality in a family-run hotel that values teamwork, trust, and genuine guest care

Participant Profile

🇪🇺 This internship is open to EU passport holders enrolled in European universities only

👤 You are 18 years old or above

🎓 You are studying hospitality, tourism, reception, business, or a related field

💼 You are mature, reliable, and genuinely interested in hotel management and guest care

🗣️ You have strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging professionally with international guests during night hours
