Are you a youth worker passionate about mental health, wellbeing, and somatic practices? You can join an intensive 10-day Erasmus+ training course in the Cรฉvennes region of France, where 20 participants from Spain, Italy, and France will come together to explore recovery, mental health stigma reduction, and embodied learning in a safe and nurturing environment. If you are ready to gain concrete tools to facilitate workshops and support mental health awareness in your community, this training is made for you.
What Will You Experience During the Training?
๐ง Somatic and psychomotor practices to reconnect with your body and support your wellbeing
๐ Ecstatic dance and movement sessions to explore embodied learning
๐จ Art therapy workshops to express and process through creativity
๐คธ Morning yoga and breathing techniques to ground your daily practice
๐คก Inner clown work to explore vulnerability, presence, and authentic expression
๐ฃ๏ธ Structured dialogue spaces, talks, and collective intelligence sessions
๐ ๏ธ A dedicated session to create your own workshop to bring back to your community
๐ Recovery-informed exchange with participants from France, Spain, and Italy
Accommodation, Food & Travel
๐ก Shared accommodation is provided in a rural and immersive residential setting in the Cรฉvennes
๐ฅ Vegetarian meals are fully provided throughout the training
๐ Green travel (train, bus, carpool) is reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands upon presentation of original tickets
๐ถ Accommodation, food, transport, and training are fully covered by Erasmus+
โณ Travel costs are advanced by participants and reimbursed approximately one month after the mobility, upon validation of your dissemination commitment
๐ Exceptional travel cases (medical or long-distance inter-country travel) may be reviewed individually โ contact your sending organisation if travel costs represent an obstacle
Training & Learning
๐ง You will receive concrete tools to facilitate workshops and create safe spaces for dialogue on mental health
๐ Recovery is explored as a lived and dynamic process, not a theoretical concept, through experiential education and trauma-sensitive frameworks
๐ข Active participation is expected throughout all daily sessions and in post-mobility dissemination activities (workshop, event, tool, or public sharing)
๐ฉบ Facilitators trained and experienced in Mental Health First Aid will be present throughout the entire process
๐ Confidentiality is guaranteed within the limits of immediate safety and legal responsibility โ this is a training space, not a therapeutic setting
Participant Profile
๐ค You are a youth worker aged 18 or above
๐ซ๐ท ๐ช๐ธ ๐ฎ๐น You are based in or affiliated with an organisation in France, Spain, or Italy
๐ You are passionate about mental health, wellbeing, stigma reduction, and supporting others in your community
๐ญ You are open to embodied, somatic, and creative methodologies in a professional learning context
๐ You are committed to active involvement during the mobility and to dissemination activities after the training
๐ฅ You must have a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) โ if you do not have one, request it for free before departure
