Are you a youth worker passionate about mental health, wellbeing, and somatic practices? You can join an intensive 10-day Erasmus+ training course in the Cรฉvennes region of France, where 20 participants from Spain, Italy, and France will come together to explore recovery, mental health stigma reduction, and embodied learning in a safe and nurturing environment. If you are ready to gain concrete tools to facilitate workshops and support mental health awareness in your community, this training is made for you.

What Will You Experience During the Training?

๐Ÿง˜ Somatic and psychomotor practices to reconnect with your body and support your wellbeing

๐Ÿ’ƒ Ecstatic dance and movement sessions to explore embodied learning

๐ŸŽจ Art therapy workshops to express and process through creativity

๐Ÿคธ Morning yoga and breathing techniques to ground your daily practice

๐Ÿคก Inner clown work to explore vulnerability, presence, and authentic expression

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Structured dialogue spaces, talks, and collective intelligence sessions

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ A dedicated session to create your own workshop to bring back to your community

๐ŸŒ Recovery-informed exchange with participants from France, Spain, and Italy

Accommodation, Food & Travel

โณ Travel costs are advanced by participants and reimbursed approximately one month after the mobility, upon validation of your dissemination commitment

๐Ÿ“‹ Exceptional travel cases (medical or long-distance inter-country travel) may be reviewed individually โ€” contact your sending organisation if travel costs represent an obstacle

Training & Learning

๐Ÿง  You will receive concrete tools to facilitate workshops and create safe spaces for dialogue on mental health

๐Ÿ” Recovery is explored as a lived and dynamic process, not a theoretical concept, through experiential education and trauma-sensitive frameworks

๐Ÿ“ข Active participation is expected throughout all daily sessions and in post-mobility dissemination activities (workshop, event, tool, or public sharing)

๐Ÿฉบ Facilitators trained and experienced in Mental Health First Aid will be present throughout the entire process
