What Will You Do as a Trainee?

๐Ÿข Handle general office work in German and English, including telephone, email, and postal correspondence

๐ŸŽช Support event management including preparation, logistics, and on-the-day assistance

โœ๏ธ Assist with proofreading, translation, and preparation of documents related to student exchange programmes

๐ŸŽ“ Provide basic student advice and guest assistance and support to international visitors

๐Ÿ’ป Update online databases and manage homepage content via CMS

๐Ÿ“ Handle document filing including applications and library management

๐Ÿ” Conduct internet research tasks as required by the team

Accommodation, Food & Travel

๐Ÿ’ถ BOKU will provide a financial contribution of โ‚ฌ300 per month throughout your traineeship

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Free language classes are available in the office for all trainees who wish to participate
