What Will You Do as a Volunteer?
๐ถ Support the development and delivery of cultural activities, music events, and arts workshops
๐ฌ Assist in audiovisual production, including video recording, editing, and photography
๐ฑ Manage and create content for social media channels to promote cultural events
๐ช Help organise public events, concerts, and community programmes at the cultural centre
๐ฑ Explore sustainability practices through a rural community project linked to the organisation
๐ก Design and implement your own personal project with the full guidance and support of the team
Accommodation, Food & Travel
๐ You will stay in a shared flat in the city centre, just a few minutes walk from the cultural centre
๐๏ธ The flat includes four fully furnished single rooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room
โ๏ธ Travel costs from your home country to Almerรญa and back are fully covered by the ESC programme
๐ฝ๏ธ Accommodation, food, and pocket money are all covered throughout the duration of your volunteering
๐ถ Almerรญa is a walkable city โ no transportation concerns during your stay
Training & Learning
๐ Pre-departure training will be provided by the supporting organisation before you arrive
๐ On-arrival and mid-term evaluation training will be organised by the national agency of Spain
๐ ๏ธ Task-specific training will be provided directly by the host organisation during your activity
๐ฃ๏ธ Spanish language classes are included, along with access to the Online Language Support tool
Participant Profile
๐ You are passionate about music, arts, and cultural exchange โ artistic skills are welcome but not required
๐ You are open-minded, responsible, creative, and eager to embrace new experiences
๐ฃ๏ธ You can communicate in English and are willing to learn Spanish during your stay
๐ฅ Previous experience in audio/video production, graphic design, or NGO communication is a plus
โ๏ธ A motivation letter and a personal project idea are required as part of your application
