🌍 A long-term ESC volunteering opportunity is open in Almería, Spain, within a vibrant cultural centre dedicated to music, arts, and creative community initiatives. The project focuses on strengthening cultural life through events, workshops, artistic collaboration and community engagement.

✨ Volunteers will become part of an international team supporting cultural activities, audiovisual production and community events while developing their own creative ideas and personal initiatives.

🌟 What will volunteers do?

🎶 Support the organisation of concerts, artistic events and cultural programmes
🎥 Assist with audiovisual production including recording, filming and editing
📱 Help manage social media communication and digital content
🎭 Contribute to event organisation and public engagement activities
🌱 Participate in sustainability activities connected to the rural community project
💡 Design and implement a personal creative project with guidance from the team

🇬🇭 ESC Volunteering in Ghana 🌍 Community Development, Education & Healthcare Support 🇬🇭

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Travel

🏡 Volunteers stay in a shared flat in the city centre of Almería
🛏️ Four fully furnished single rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room
🍽️ Food allowance and monthly pocket money provided according to ESC rules
✈️ Travel costs reimbursed according to the ESC distance calculator
🚶 Almería is a compact city and most places can be reached on foot

🎓 Training & Support

📖 Pre-departure preparation provided by the sending organisation
🇪🇸 On-arrival and mid-term trainings organised by the Spanish National Agency
🎼 Task-related training provided by the hosting organisation
🗣️ Spanish language classes and online language support available

🎨 Passion for music, arts and cultural exchange
🌍 Open-minded, responsible and motivated to learn
💡 Creative individuals interested in community engagement
🗣️ Able to communicate in English and willing to learn Spanish
🎥 Experience in audiovisual production, filming, editing or graphic design is a plus but not mandatory
