This European Solidarity Corps volunteering opportunity in Kraków, Poland invites young people to support students with disabilities at Special School Complex No. 11.
The project provides a meaningful long-term volunteering experience where volunteers assist in daily school activities, support inclusive education, and contribute to social and cultural activities with students.
Volunteers will work closely with teachers, staff and students while also participating in intercultural learning activities organised by the coordinating organisation.
🌍 About the Project
The volunteering activity takes place in a special education school in Kraków that works with students with disabilities.
Volunteers will support students during classes, social activities and school events while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
In addition to the daily volunteering tasks, participants will take part in self-development workshops, intercultural learning sessions, Polish language activities and monthly volunteer meetings organised by the coordinating organisation.

🧩 Supporting students with disabilities during school routines
📚 Assisting in classes such as languages, art, sports, music, computer lessons and social training
🍽️ Helping students with daily needs such as eating and personal assistance
🎭 Participating in creative activities including theatre, cooking workshops and cultural programmes
🚌 Assisting during school trips and local excursions in Kraków
🤝 Supporting teachers and school staff during educational activities

🏠 Accommodation in shared flats rented by the coordinating organisation
🚇 Monthly public transport tickets provided
💶 Monthly pocket money and food allowance
✈️ Travel reimbursement according to the ESC distance calculator

🌍 Preparation by the sending organisation before departure
