๐ About the Project
This ESC Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Forlรฌ, Italy ๐ฎ๐น within a residential house called โCaโ Rossaโ, where around 12 adults with mild mental illness and/or disabilities live.
The environment focuses on rehabilitation, personal independence, and social inclusion. Residents are encouraged to develop their hobbies, strengthen their abilities, and express their individual needs in a supportive community setting.
As a volunteer, you will actively contribute to daily life activities, autonomy support, recreational moments, and creative workshops.

โจ Support residents in daily autonomy activities
โจ Assist in recreational and creative workshops
โจ Encourage personal independence and social interaction
โจ Contribute to a positive and inclusive living environment
โจ Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
This is a hands-on solidarity experience working directly with people with disabilities in a structured residential setting.

๐ Accommodation, Food and Practical Arrangements
๐ก Single room in a shared flat with other ESC volunteers
๐ Flat includes 4 single rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and living room
๐ฒ Bicycle provided for mobility in the city
๐ 32โ35 working hours per week
๐ Two days off per week and two days of holiday per month (agreed with supervisor)
๐ถ Pocket money, food allowance, travel reimbursement, insurance, and Youthpass provided under ESC rules
