🌍 About the Project
This ESC Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Forlì, Italy 🇮🇹 within a residential house called “Ca’ Rossa”, where around 12 adults with mild mental illness and/or disabilities live.
The environment focuses on rehabilitation, personal independence, and social inclusion. Residents are encouraged to develop their hobbies, strengthen their abilities, and express their individual needs in a supportive community setting.
As a volunteer, you will actively contribute to daily life activities, autonomy support, recreational moments, and creative workshops.

This is a hands-on solidarity experience working directly with people with disabilities in a structured residential setting.

🏠 Accommodation, Food and Practical Arrangements
🏡 Single room in a shared flat with other ESC volunteers
🏠 Flat includes 4 single rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and living room
🚲 Bicycle provided for mobility in the city
🕒 32–35 working hours per week
📆 Two days off per week and two days of holiday per month (agreed with supervisor)
💶 Pocket money, food allowance, travel reimbursement, insurance, and Youthpass provided under ESC rules
