๐ŸŒ TICTAC is a Training Course and Partnership Building Activity designed to strengthen the capacity of youth workers to actively engage in the Erasmus+ Youth Programme.
๐Ÿ“ˆ The course focuses on increasing the quality of future international Mobility of Youth Workers projects by developing strategic thinking and project planning competences.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ It supports organisations in embedding Erasmus+ Youth mobility projects within their long term development strategy.
๐Ÿค Participants explore how to build sustainable international partnerships and design impactful projects that promote youth participation and active citizenship.

TICTAC is not only about understanding the programme. It is about learning how to strategically use Erasmus+ Youth as an educational tool and turning ideas into well structured international mobility projects.
