🧭 Project Overview
This European Solidarity Corps Individual Volunteering project is hosted in Tirana, Albania 🇦🇱 and coordinated by NaturKultur Bremen e. V. in cooperation with Beyond Barriers Association (Pertej Barrierave). The project focuses on youth work, environmental awareness, and social inclusion, with a strong emphasis on working with young people with intellectual disabilities and fewer opportunities through creative, sportive, and community-based activities.

Volunteers will actively contribute to inclusive non-formal education activities while gaining hands-on experience in youth and community work in an intercultural environment.

🎯 Volunteer Tasks
🏃 Simple sport and movement activities to improve motor skills
🎶 Music therapy through karaoke and dance activities
🎨 Art therapy and creative workshops using sensory materials, colours, and shapes
🧩 Numerical and logical activities supporting cognitive development
🤝 Outdoor team games in small groups
💡 Participation in youth and community activities based on personal interests
📱 Support in creative workshops and digital content creation when relevant

The project is flexible and adapts activities to the interests, skills, and learning goals of the volunteer.
