Communicating with Empathy is an experiential Erasmus+ e-learning course designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, and practitioners who support others in emotionally demanding contexts. The course combines guided journaling, self-practice, peer learning, and art-based methods to deepen empathic communication, emotional regulation, and sustainable presence in youth work and educational settings.
