🌍 Project Overview
MAPS is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Tangier, Morocco, and focuses on exploring music as a powerful educational tool for active participation, social inclusion and youth empowerment. The training is implemented by Associazione Link from Italy in cooperation with Live Room from Morocco, bringing together their extensive experience in music education, non-formal learning and youth activation. The course offers a hands-on learning space where youth workers can discover how music-based methodologies can strengthen participation, inclusion and community engagement in their local contexts.

🥁 Introduction to circular music methodologies such as drum circles with recycled instruments
🖐️ Rhythm with signs, circle singing, sound painting and sound mapping
📚 Analysis of case studies on music as a practice of inclusion and participation
🎼 Practical group work to experiment with learned methodologies
🎤 Preparation and delivery of a final collective musical event
🌍 Exploration of music as a tool for youth empowerment and space discovery

🌱 No musical or artistic skills required, only motivation to learn
🎸 Musical background is an advantage but not a requirement
🏫 Priority for youth workers active in youth centres or organisations involved in European mobility projects
