BETTER MINDS Egypt is an Erasmus+ E-learning Training Course focusing on mental health and well-being, especially for young people who travel, volunteer, or work in intercultural environments. The training offers a reflective and highly practical learning space, supporting participants to better understand themselves, set healthy boundaries, and develop sustainable daily routines.

This online course invites you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters. Through role plays, teamwork, small games, reflection exercises, and practice sessions, participants explore how to maintain balance while navigating studies, work, volunteering, mobility, and international experiences.
