This European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Leipzig, Germany, within a workshop environment supporting people with intellectual disabilities. The project focuses on inclusion, dignity at work, social participation, and everyday support, offering volunteers direct, hands-on experience in inclusive employment and social work practices.

Volunteers will contribute to daily work routines while supporting individuals with disabilities in a respectful, structured, and empowering environment.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Participating in light packaging and manual work activities
๐Ÿงฉ Providing simple guidance and structured support during work processes

The placement allows flexibility to experience different groups and working methods throughout the activity.
