🌱 Project Overview
This European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Individual Volunteering opportunity takes place in Faro, Portugal 🇵🇹 and focuses on social inclusion, youth participation, education, and active citizenship. The project brings together volunteers from different countries to work with young people through creative, educational, and community-based methods while also encouraging volunteers to develop their own initiatives.
🎯 Volunteering Activities
Volunteers will be actively involved in social and educational activities with young people, including:
🎨 Social and educational intervention using arts, sports, games, theatre, study, and pedagogy
🤝 Participation in ongoing youth projects and community initiatives
🧠 Development and implementation of volunteers’ own ideas and small projects
🏫 Engagement in a shared youth space together with other youth organisations
🌍 Collaboration with international volunteers in a multicultural environment
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Financial Support
🏠 Shared furnished apartment with other volunteers
🚻 Separate rooms by gender
🍽️ Food allowance included, also during holiday periods
💶 Monthly financial support provided via bank transfer
