About the Opportunity
๐ This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project is implemented by A4ACTION โ Asociatia pentru Initiative si Dezvoltare Continua in Ghermฤneศti (Snagov), Romania ๐ท๐ด.
๐ค The project aims to support children and young people through education, creativity, and community-based non-formal learning activities while strengthening local youth structures.
What Will You Do?
๐ Organise and implement non-formal activities within the A4ACTION Afterschool Programme
๐จ Deliver outdoor activities, arts & crafts sessions, English lessons, and personal development workshops
๐ซ Design and facilitate workshops in local schools (culture, civic engagement, green practices, environmental education, digital skills)
๐ฅ Create promotional videos to showcase the ESC programme and project impact
๐ป Contribute to the development of the A4ACTION Online Youth Centre
Training & Learning Experience
๐ง Short workshops on non-formal education, facilitation, and working with children
๐ Continuous learning through non-formal education methods
๐ช๐บ Participation in On-Arrival Training and Mid-Term Evaluation organised by the Romanian National Agency
Who Can Apply?
๐ค Aged 18โ30
๐ Completed secondary education or equivalent
๐ฌ Good knowledge of English
๐ค Responsible, communicative, friendly, and motivated
๐ Interested in education, youth work, and community involvement
๐ ๏ธ Able to prepare and lead activities
๐ช๐บ National of an EU Member State
